We are looking for an experienced motor trade Service Advisor to join our client`s professional main car dealership in Hertfordshire.
You need to be a confident individual and able to communicate with customers over the telephone and face to face. You also need excellent customer service skills and are able to resolve customer`s minor technical issue and queries.
Your duties will include: Greeting and meeting customers, Gaining authority for additional work that needs carrying out, Booking in vehicles and advising on the time taken for repairs, Ensuring all deadlines and targets are achieved, Taking customer payments, Dealing with any queries and complaints, Raising job cards and arranging collection and delivery of vehicles
The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, it is essential to have motor trade experience and kerridge experience is an advantage.
